If anything isn't right while you're here, please message or call us first — we genuinely want your stay to be perfect. ──────────────────────────── ARRIVAL Address: 120 9th Street, San Antonio TX 78215 Check-in: 4:00 PM Check-out: 11:00 AM Self check-in: Lock box on your unit door. The code is sent to you at 3:50 PM on the day of check-in. Your fobs are inside. Early check-in / late check-out: $25/hour, subject to availability — message us in advance to request. We'll always accommodate for free when we can; if our turnover schedule doesn't allow it, the fee applies. WALKING UP Main entrance is on 9th Street. Enter code 3111# on the keypad to unlock the main door. Take the elevator to your floor and follow signs to your unit. Open the lock box on your unit door with the code we send at 3:50 PM to get your fobs. USING YOUR FOBS You'll find two fobs in the lock box: - GRAY fob — opens your unit door. Place it on the door sensor; when the light turns GREEN, turn the knob to unlock or lock the door. - BLACK fob — opens the building's exterior doors. When entering from the parking garage, walk to Door F and center the black fob on the black sensor to unlock. Keep both fobs with you throughout your stay. DRIVING / PARKING 1 parking pass is included for our garage at 925 Avenue B. Park in any available open spot. IMPORTANT — The parking pass MUST be clearly displayed on your rearview mirror at all times. Vehicles without a visibly displayed pass will be towed by the building. RAC Getaways is not responsible for any towing costs or fees if the pass is not properly displayed. Please follow these instructions exactly. - Reserved (assigned) spots: $35/night — paid directly to us via Cash App or Zelle - Extra parking passes: $25/night — paid directly to us via Cash App or Zelle - Free street parking is available on surrounding streets, first-come first-served - DO NOT park in unmarked or reserved spots without permission — the building enforces towing and we cannot reverse it - There is no front desk at this building — for anything parking-related, contact us directly (see "How to Reach Us" below) ──────────────────────────── WIFI Network: RAC Getaways Password: rac5star ──────────────────────────── BUILDING AMENITIES Pool — 8 AM to 11 PM, on the Riverwalk side of the building Gym — 24/7 access with your fob Fire-pit courtyard — Open to residents and guests anytime Trash — Valet pickup Sun–Thu evenings (leave bag outside your door by 7 PM), or use the trash room on each floor (down the hallway from the back elevator) anytime ──────────────────────────── HOUSE RULES - Quiet hours: 10 PM – 7 AM (building policy) - Do not exceed the maximum guest count on your booking - No parties or events (per Airbnb policy) - No unregistered overnight guests - No smoking inside the unit — balcony is fine - Pets welcome with paid pet fee - Be respectful of neighbors — this is a residential building Violations may result in being asked to leave without refund and reported to Airbnb. ──────────────────────────── FOBS & PARKING PASS Both fobs (gray and black) and the parking pass belong to the unit and must be returned at checkout. Leave them on the kitchen counter. Missing items: $150 replacement fee per item, charged through Airbnb's Resolution Center. This applies whether the item is lost, taken, or simply forgotten. ──────────────────────────── HOW TO REACH US There is no front desk at this building, and building maintenance cannot help with anything inside your unit. For anything you need, contact us directly: - Airbnb messages (preferred — keeps a written record) - Call or text We're typically reachable 24/7 and respond as quickly as we can. For after-hours emergencies (active leak, lockout, safety issue), message or call and we'll respond as fast as possible. If something isn't right, please tell us while you're here. We'd much rather fix an issue in real-time than read about it in a review. ──────────────────────────── ISSUES & EXPECTATIONS We want every stay to be 5-star, and we can almost always make things right if we know about a problem in real-time. To make sure your concerns are properly addressed: - Take a quick walkthrough when you arrive. Report any issues with the unit (cleanliness, missing or damaged items, anything not working) within 2 hours of check-in via Airbnb messages or by calling or texting. This gives us the chance to fix or document it. Issues raised only at checkout or in a post-stay review cannot be remedied or refunded. - The unit is professionally cleaned, inspected, and photographed before and after each stay. Damage or missing items are charged through Airbnb's Resolution Center based on documented evidence. - This is a residential condo in an active urban neighborhood near the Pearl and the Riverwalk. Expect normal city sounds — occasional street activity, building hum, and neighbors going about their day. We've selected this location for its walkability and access to great food, drinks, and culture; that comes with normal city ambient sound. - Building-level issues (pool closures, elevator outages, gym availability, hallway noise during posted hours, wifi outages from building-wide problems, building maintenance) are managed by the building, not us. We're happy to help you contact them, but we cannot refund or remedy issues outside our unit. - All fees (parking, replacement, damage, cleaning, smoking) are processed through Airbnb's Resolution Center with documentation. Cancellation and refund requests follow Airbnb's standard policies — we do not process refunds outside the Airbnb platform. ──────────────────────────── SECURITY There are no cameras inside the unit.
